Hello!

Welcome and thank you for your interest in animals! My name is Kylee Smith and I am an animal trainer dedicated to helping humans and animals live together in harmony by understanding, and engaging with, the human-animal connection. The connection is a beautiful reality of nature and gentle, quiet communication is crucial in realizing the connection's full potential. I chose the name Whisper because it fully captures the essence of my mission and method.

In the News...

Read an article about me from the magazine Bonded & Connected. In the interview I describe how the human animal connection affects my work as an animal trainer and how the connection affects all of humanity - somewhat unconsciously.

Services

Through communication and education we will work together to discover how special connections can become. From puppy kinder garden, to last resort counseling, to teamwork in the field - I will be with you every step of the way.

Testimonials - From Science

According to researcher and registered nurse Margo Halm, "In both male and female cardiac patients, pet ownership has been significantly correlated with 1-year survival... dog owners significantly less likely to die than patients without a dog" (Halm, 2008).

Researchers state "Attachment was discovered... to lower feelings of depression and loneliness with the majority of clients discussing how they would not be able to live without having a pet and their unwillingness to be separated from their pet" (Cryer, 2020).

Genre #1 Video

Audio Up! The video is the first thing visitors will see and hear when opening my website. Gentle piano music accompanies video content of a dog looking adorable, a cat getting a chin scratch, and a herd of horses running free in a field. Each video invokes feelings of love and admiration for those who truly love animals. The video then shifts to a slide describing my work as a trainer, and how the human animal connection plays a part. The video does not give much information, just enough to peak a potential clients interest and draw them into the site to learn more. I also plays on emotions with the adorable images and feel-good music.

Genre #2 Magazine Article (Printable PDF)

This is an interview written in a (fictional) magazine. The name of the magazine implies that the focus of the magazine is to highlight bonds and connections found both in nature and in everyday human interactions. In the interview I describe the human-animal connection and it's effects on animal training. By providing this article on my website, clients will be able to understand my methods and purpose in-depth before we ever even have a consultation. Additionally, this article serves as advertising for my business because any readers of the magazine will be introduced to my work and learn more about the human-animal connection.
